Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities Include Providing support, supervision, and positive role modeling to residentsMonitoring and administering medications per program policiesMaintaining accurate, confidential documentationPreparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping and laundrySupporting residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsResponding to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransporting residents to appointments and community resourcesCollecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer tests as neededAttending staff meetings and completing required training Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional notes: DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hire; local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%).
