Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

Role Overview: The Adult Residential Support Professional provides essential support in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment program for adult women, including those with infants. Key Responsibilities: Offer supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment objectivesRespond effectively to emergencies and crisesTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and complete required training Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred. Must have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, be able to work independently with professional boundaries, and demonstrate compassion, patience, and respect. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record are essential. DHS 83 training is preferred or can be completed after hire. Local travel may be required.
