About the role
Part-time Adult Residential Support Professional supporting women in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program.
Responsibilities
- Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents
- Assist with medication monitoring and administration
- Complete accurate and confidential documentation
- Perform meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
- Respond to emergencies and crisis situations
- Transport residents to appointments and community resources
- Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests
- Attend staff meetings and training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with professional boundaries
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
DHS 83 training preferred; local travel may be required.
