Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professionals to support residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants up to 3 months old. Key Responsibilities Include Providing support, supervision, and positive role modeling to residentsAssisting with medication monitoring and administrationMaintaining accurate, confidential documentationPreparing meals, light housekeeping, and laundry dutiesSupporting residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsResponding to emergencies and crisis situationsTransporting residents to appointments and community resourcesCollecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer testsAttending staff meetings and completing required training Qualifications Include High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional requirements: DHS 83 training preferred or to be completed post-hire; local travel may be necessary.
