Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

We are seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to work in a women's addiction recovery program. Key Responsibilities Include Providing support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssisting with medication monitoring and administrationMaintaining accurate, confidential recordsPreparing meals and handling light housekeeping tasksSupporting residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsResponding to emergencies and crisis situationsTransporting residents to appointments and community resourcesCollecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer tests as neededAttending staff meetings and completing training Qualifications Include High school diploma or GEDPreferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recoveryStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with professionalismCompassionate and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license and reliable transportation Additional Details Training such as DHS 83 preferred or to be completed after hireLocal travel may be required This role offers part-time hours, with responsibilities including weekend shifts and a weekly staff meeting.
