Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI. Pay: $17.75/hour. Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents.Assist with medication monitoring and administration.Maintain accurate, confidential documentation.Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry.Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals.Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately.Transport residents to appointments and community resources.Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed.Attend staff meetings and complete required training. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries. Compassionate, patient, and respectful with diverse populations. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Training in DHS 83 preferred or completed after hire. Local travel may be required.
