Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise residents, providing positive role modeling
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Help residents develop daily living skills and achieve treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward diverse populations
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record

DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hire. Local travel may be required (25–50%).
