Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Responsibilities: Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundrySupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crises appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer testsAttend staff meetings and complete training Qualifications: High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful demeanorValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, acceptable driving record Additional Details: Training in DHS 83 preferred or to be completed post-hireLocal travel may be required (approximately 25–50%)
