Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery programAssist with medication monitoring, administration, and documentationPerform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills, treatment goals, and crisis responseTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as requiredAttend staff meetings and complete training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDPreferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recoveryStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional details: Training (DHS 83) preferred; local travel may be required.
