Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI. Responsibilities: Support and supervise residents, providing positive role modeling.Assist with medication monitoring and administration.Maintain accurate, confidential documentation.Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry.Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals.Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately.Transport residents to appointments and community resources.Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed.Attend staff meetings and complete required training. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Additional Info: DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hire; local travel may be required (approx. 25–50%). This role involves providing support in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment environment, encouraging recovery and independence while maintaining safety and structure for residents.
