Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

We are seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants up to 3 months old. Key Responsibilities Include Providing support, supervision, and positive role modeling to residentsAssisting with medication monitoring and administrationMaintaining accurate, confidential documentationPreparing meals and performing light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupporting residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsResponding to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransporting residents to appointments and community resourcesCollecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer tests as requiredAttending staff meetings and completing training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professionalismCompassionate, patient, respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional details: Training in DHS 83 or completion after hire preferred; local travel may be required (25–50%). This is a part-time role that involves working every other weekend and participating in weekday staff meetings.
