Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

Role Overview: The Adult Residential Support Professional provides compassionate support in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment program for adult women, including those with infants up to 3 months old. Key Responsibilities: Support, supervise, and serve as a positive role model for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment objectivesRespond to emergencies and crises appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededParticipate in staff meetings and training Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Must work independently with professionalism, demonstrating compassion, patience, and respect for diverse populations. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary. Additional Notes: DHS 83 training is preferred or can be completed post-hire. Local travel may be required.
