Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities: Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents; assist with medication monitoring and administration; maintain accurate, confidential records; prepare meals and perform light housekeeping; support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals; respond to emergencies and crises; transport residents; collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests; attend staff meetings and training. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently; compassionate and respectful approach; valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Key Skills: Trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, documentation, teamwork, and transportation. Additional Info: DHS 83 training preferred; local travel may be required.
