Recovery Specialist- (Men's Program)

About the role

The Recovery Specialist-Men’s Program plays a crucial role in supporting individuals in their journey towards recovery. This position requires strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and interactions
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health or substance abuse field
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay
