Treatment Specialist-Men's Recovery House

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Affords clients assistance in completing necessary assessment forms/documents.
• Orients clients to the program services.
• Maintains oversight and monitoring of clients' whereabouts and behaviors.
• Provides feedback and support to clients.
• Reports client issues to staff.
• Assists with light housekeeping duties such as shredding, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other areas as assigned.
• Answers the phone and forwards calls as needed.
• Assists with transportation of clients to scheduled appointments, planned activities, or as directed by the supervisor.
• Assists with searching client belongings.
• Assists with rounds of the facility.
• Assists with follow-up surveys and entering data.

Schedule

• Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Available Schedules:
• Evening shift (2p-10:30p), includes every other weekend and some holidays.
• Night shift, weekdays (10p-8a; Monday-Thursday)
• Night shift, weekend (8p-8a; Friday-Sunday)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment is required.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance is required.
• Lived experience with recovery is a plus!
