Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise residents.
  • Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and to facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
  • Work hours prescribed and any additional hours-deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
  • Overtime may be required.
  • Supervise and manage the behavior of the residents and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences.
  • Implement therapeutic activities and facilitate development of independent living skills.
  • Develop and present all resident education.
  • Aid in planning menus with residents and shopping for household items.
  • Serve as a member of the Rosecrance Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
  • Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
  • Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.
  • Transport clients to offsite meetings and appointments as directed.
  • Perform CLIA-waved laboratory testing and related quality control activities in accordance with CLIA requirements, manufacturer instructions, infection control protocols, and organizational procedures.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the house, resident house jobs, and the proper use of equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in planning menus with residents and shopping for household items.
  • Facilitate focal group discussion sessions.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings of staff, such as treatment plan reviews, shift meetings or appropriate committee meetings as designated.
  • Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
  • If designated, monitor self-administration of medicine by residents and record information on medical log.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the house, resident house jobs, and the proper use of equipment and supplies.
  • Serve as a member of the Rosecrance Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Familiar with 12-steps highly desirable
  • Skilled in adult behavioral management techniques
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required.
  • Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements.

Pay

$22.30 (based on education, experience, and credentials)

Schedule

Tuesday-Thursday: 3:00pm-11:30pm
Friday and Saturday: 4:00pm-12:30am
