Responsibilities
- Directly supervise residents.
- Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and to facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
- Work hours prescribed and any additional hours-deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
- Overtime may be required.
- Supervise and manage the behavior of the residents and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences.
- Implement therapeutic activities and facilitate development of independent living skills.
- Develop and present all resident education.
- Aid in planning menus with residents and shopping for household items.
- Serve as a member of the Rosecrance Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
- Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
- Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.
- Transport clients to offsite meetings and appointments as directed.
- Perform CLIA-waved laboratory testing and related quality control activities in accordance with CLIA requirements, manufacturer instructions, infection control protocols, and organizational procedures.
- Oversee the cleanliness of the house, resident house jobs, and the proper use of equipment and supplies.
- Assist in planning menus with residents and shopping for household items.
- Facilitate focal group discussion sessions.
- Attend all scheduled meetings of staff, such as treatment plan reviews, shift meetings or appropriate committee meetings as designated.
- Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
- If designated, monitor self-administration of medicine by residents and record information on medical log.
- Oversee the cleanliness of the house, resident house jobs, and the proper use of equipment and supplies.
- Serve as a member of the Rosecrance Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiar with 12-steps highly desirable
- Skilled in adult behavioral management techniques
- Computer proficiency required.
- Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required.
- Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements.

Pay
$22.30 (based on education, experience, and credentials)
Schedule
Tuesday-Thursday: 3:00pm-11:30pm
Friday and Saturday: 4:00pm-12:30am
