This is a temporary position for 90 days to learn the job, and if completed successfully, may be changed to a permanent position at the end of the temporary period. How You’ll Make Us Better Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records. Responsible for maintaining an on time patient workflow. Provides direction in terms of following schedule or seeing the next available patient. Greets new patients and family membersFamiliarizes new patients and family with clinic layoutCaptures X-rays, photographs and scansRelays new patient information to treatment coordinator(s) and doctorsCoordinates clinical records requestsManages patient treatment flow and schedulingDependable with attendance work schedule and collaborate with front admin team members.Submit lab prescriptions for Align and DibsAI, take impressions for expanders and PH1 IDB trays and modified retainersMaintains strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulationsPerforms after care communicationMay clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipmentMay cross train to support multiple roles within the clinic Your Special Skills We’re proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness.
