Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Records Clerk to support the Environment and Natural Resources Division (ENRD) of the Department of Justice in Denver, CO.
About the role
Perform a variety of copy, mail, and records related services on an as needed basis for the Department of Justice division. Provide quality customer service and work effectively in a team environment with other service staff.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in copy/scanning, mailroom, records management, or file room operations.
- Ability to learn and retain a wide variety of tasks and perform them as needed with minimal or no notice.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required with minimal notice.
- Proficiency in operating various office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, document scanners, and printers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, databases, and database software.
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to read and follow instructions explicitly.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, and stretching to retrieve files and boxes from shelves; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed; climbing short ladders or step stools and maintaining balance with or without loaded boxes; loading, pushing, and unloading carts of boxes or files.
