Responsibilities
- Provide front office customer service, administrative support, and records clerk responsibilities to the District Attorney’s Office.
- Greet visitors, respond to all incoming calls, correspondence, requests for information, and general inquiries.
- Serve as liaison between the District Attorney’s Office and members of the general public.
- Perform records keeping and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with two years of prior experience in records keeping, legal, governmental, administrative, customer service, or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the criminal justice system preferred.
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish preferred.
- May be required to work on religious holidays.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
- Work cooperatively with others.
- Must work from home and have reliable transportation.
- Must possess or have the ability to acquire Notary Public status.
Pay
- $19.96 hourly (part-time)
- $41,512 annually (full-time)
