Records Clerk
About the role
Join our team as a Records Clerk and make a meaningful impact by managing client records of support for DS services programs. This position requires you to be an active and cooperative team player, organizing, pulling/filing charts, creating and transferring charts, assisting outside program staff with chart-related issues, and performing data entry. You will coordinate with all MHMRTC programs and outside agency programs to transfer information as defined in Client Record Policies and Procedures.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (required)
- Two years of clerical/secretarial experience (required)
- Valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (required)
