About the role
Manage administrative tasks supporting department functions including recording, data entry, research, license issuance, and passport acceptance. Ensure accuracy of important documents and transactions while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Record and enter data accurately
- Research and assist with various administrative tasks
- Issue licenses and accept passports
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work in a fast-paced, supportive environment
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to obtain Passport Acceptance Agent Certification and become a notary
Qualifications
- U.S. citizen or U.S. non-citizen national
- At least 18 years old
- Permanent employee
- No criminal history including felonies or misdemeanors related to crimes involving moral turpitude or breach of trust
