What You’ll Do

  • Document Review & Preparation: Examine real estate documents to ensure compliance with county-specific requirements and government codes.
  • Research & Accuracy: Leverage online county indexes to gather and verify critical information.
  • Client Support: Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert guidance and timely resolutions.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Manage document modifications, track communications, and handle basic accounting and fee reconciliation for daily submissions.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Share your industry expertise by providing training and support to colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge & Skills: Familiarity with real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
  • Organizational Excellence: The ability to prioritize, handle high volumes of work, and meet tight deadlines with precision.

  • Position's Pay Range: $20 - $24/hour
