Responsibilities
- Provides support for searching for records, indexing, and application decommissioning forms
- Review, assess, and analyze records and improve document management and storage systems
- Specialization in complex records analyses
- Stores records consistent with standard records management principles and in compliance with company policy
- Offers a service to perform the digitization and destruction of physical records
- For Records Management ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT services. Compliance with Information Protection requirements.
- Lifecycle Management of records in support of information retention policy
- All confidential information is restricted from others that are not working in the information centers for Access Management
- Manage and maintain records service costs
- Manage the lifecycle of all service and/or work requests for offsite and onsite Records Services
- Identify classified documents so appropriate security of files can be implemented
- Maintain updated list of those authorized to receive classified files and notify Information Management of any changes
- Implement digitization strategy to stop accepting physical records according to policies
- File room activities to ensure complete maintenance as per guidelines

- English language skills including strong verbal and written communication skills required for all levels of stakeholders. Strong understanding of the North American and European cultures, slang, brands, and current events.
- Must be well-organized with strong attention to detail; strong documentation skills to be utilized for case management, knowledge capture, bug management and training; storytelling, influencing for impact skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Motivation and passion for the success of the customer; customer obsession
- Must be comfortable working in file room environment and able to lift ~25 to 30 lbs of weight
Qualifications
- Professional with experience in Records Management
- Experience with Excel and Outlook and Microsoft suite of standard programs
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Records Management
