About the role
As a Records Analyst, you’ll drive records management operations and enterprise compliance initiatives across our Wickliffe headquarters and global systems. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the physical records program at the Wickliffe corporate headquarters, ensuring efficient organization, storage, and retrieval of records.
- Ensure records are maintained and disposed of in compliance with corporate policies, retention schedules, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee offsite records storage, including inventory management, retrieval requests, and secure destruction services.
- Provide guidance and training to onsite stakeholders on proper records handling and retention practices.
- Administer the enterprise records management system in partnership with the Corporate Legal Department, ensuring data integrity and alignment with policies.
- Manage user access, system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements for global system users.
- Maintain and update the corporate Records Management SharePoint site to reflect current policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Facilities Management and Legal to promote consistency and compliance across records management practices.
- Support records management projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in records management, information governance, or a related field.
- Experience managing physical records programs and working with offsite storage vendors.
- Experience supporting records management systems or similar enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of records retention principles, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with records management systems, SharePoint administration, and Microsoft Access.
- Excellent organizational, document management, and attention to detail skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
