About the role
DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Reconstruction Carpenter to work under the supervision of the Construction Manager for all phases of residential and commercial site rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Masking and prepping the job site
- Spackling/mud work
- Sanding
- Priming
- Painting
- Cleaning
- Drywalling
Requirements
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
- 2+ years of experience in reconstruction or mitigation restoration
- 2+ years of experience with drywall, painting, punch list items
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 30 lbs
- Able to solve problems with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills within the team
- Positive and compassionate attitude toward fellow employees and clients
- Professionalism and integrity
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of using tools
Qualifications
- IICRC Certificate is a plus
Pay
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
