Responsibilities
- Work with the Reconstruction Sales Team within an assigned territory and hospital accounts.
- Assist in scheduling operative cases, securing inventory, observing, and consulting the surgical team on Smith Nephew instrumentation and implants, and fulfilling logistical requirements.
- Build rapport with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital staff, and colleagues to enhance access to customers and provide data-driven, trusted solutions.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with teammates to take strategic responsibility for your area, form relationships with customers, and drive sales growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience.
- A valid driver's license for the current residence.
Qualifications
- Ability to assimilate and learn high-level technical information related to surgery and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with surgeons, KOLs, hospital staff, and colleagues.
- Self-motivation and commitment to achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work unconventional hours to support the salesforce and customers.
Skills
- Technical expertise in Orthopaedic Joint Reconstruction portfolio.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Pay
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $65,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered will be based on various factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographical location.
Schedule
Within designated sales territory with 2-4 overnight stays per month. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences.
