Recertification Specialist

Responsibilities
- Schedule tenant recertification interviews.
- Assist with waitlist management and applicant processing.
- Coordinate apartment inspections for recertifications.
- Work with office staff on other administrative tasks as needed, including collection of rent, answering phones, processing maintenance requests, and assisting with social activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative position.
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Highly organized and able to maintain complete and current resident files in accordance with company and regulatory agency policy.
- Strong computer technology skills.
- Working knowledge of affordable housing regulations (a plus).

Pay
$24.80 - $31 USD per hour.
Schedule
20 hours a week, 8 hours on Saturday, with flexible days for the remaining hours.
