About Our Agency
Our agency was opened in 1996 and is led by a close-knit team of three. The founder is a lifelong Louisville resident, a graduate of Georgetown College, former football player, and ex-State Farm adjuster. He is the proud father of five, a former middle school football coach, and an active community member through church involvement and youth sports coaching. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Pay
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
