Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Customer Care Specialist. The ideal candidate is committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Pay
