About the role
Aaron Daavettila - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Aid in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Pay
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule
We are open 9am-5pm M-F, evenings and weekends by appointment.

I’m an active Chamber of Commerce member, a youth hockey coach, and a familiar face at local events. As a Michigan Tech graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a problem-solving mindset to the way we serve our customers and support our team.
