Receptionist/Procurement Clerk
Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Procurement Clerk to support daily office operations, procurement administration, and data entry functions. This role combines administrative support, records management, invoice processing, and purchasing support while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Pay
$22.00-$23.00/hour
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40-hour work week)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Coordinate visitor check-in procedures and provide general office assistance
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing shipments and courier pickups
- Verify, scan, route, and maintain invoices and payment requests
- Perform data entry for purchase orders and procurement-related documentation
- Maintain electronic and physical procurement records and files
- Support procurement processes through accurate recordkeeping and administrative coordination
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
- Assist with meeting and event coordination, including catering and setup support
- Support multiple departments with administrative and procurement-related tasks
- Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately and securely
- Complete additional administrative projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Experience maintaining records and working with documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to be trained
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
