Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and answer/direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
- Sort, deliver, and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail.
- Perform basic office/clerical functions and maintain visitor logs.
- Respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
Qualifications
To be a Receptionist at Brookdale, you will:

Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program. Brookdale also supports qualified associates in their journey to U.S. citizenship by advancing fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725 (less applicable taxes and withholding), for those employed at least one year.
Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience. Veterans, transitioning active-duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
