Essential Duties
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
- Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals and cancellations.
- Maintain visitor sign-in log.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
- Maintain and tidy the reception area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
- Previous Administrative or Receptionist Experience Preferred.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions and multiline phone system.
Reasonable Accommodations
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Prolonged use of a desktop or laptop computer.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk, read or hear.
- Frequent use of all office-related equipment to include; copier/scanner/fax, telephone, and calculator.
- No travel required.
