Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Collaborate on complex cases with internal specialty consultations.
• Provide education on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure pet health.
• Offer a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
