Responsibilities

  • Be a Critical Support in Urgent Situations: Directly assist veterinarians and technicians with hands-on patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure a Seamless Workflow During a Crisis: Anticipate needs and maintain composure to keep the clinic running efficiently, even during a medical emergency.
  • Provide a Calming Presence for Clients: Assist with check-ins, payments, and communications with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain High Standards Under Pressure: Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain a clean, safe hospital environment at all times.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of veterinary experience, with ER or high-volume experience preferred.
  • The ability to stay calm, composed, and efficient during a medical crisis.
  • Confidence and skill in handling pets, with proficiency in basic laboratory, pharmacy, and nursing skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • A flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications
