Hospital Manager - Livewell Animal Hospital of Old Town
Your Impact Will Include
- Building the Foundation: Establishing hospital culture, standards, and expectations.
- Driving Growth & Community Engagement: Developing and executing local marketing strategies, building relationships with community organizations and local businesses.
- Recruiting & Developing a High-Performing Team: Leading the interviewing and hiring process, building a cohesive, growth-oriented team culture, and holding teammates accountable to high performance and behavioral standards.
- Owning the Business: Managing P&L performance, labor costs, and inventory controls, identifying and executing opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Delivering an Exceptional Client Experience: Creating systems that support hospitality and efficiency, ensuring high-quality service aligned with Livewell standards, and proactively resolving client concerns.

- Experience building and developing teams with a positive, culture-focused leadership style.
- Willingness to learn and own financial performance (P&L, labor, inventory).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance execution and strategy.
- Previous management experience in veterinary, medical, retail, or service environments is preferred.
- De novo or start-up experience (specifically within veterinary medicine) is strongly preferred.
