What You'll Bring to the Team

- Experience building and developing teams with a positive, culture-focused leadership style
- Willingness to learn and own financial performance (P&L, labor, inventory)
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance execution and strategy
- Previous management experience in veterinary, medical, retail, or service environments is preferred
- De novo or start-up experience (specifically within veterinary medicine) is strongly preferred
