Key Tasks
- Aid with receptionist duties
- Meet & greet customers
- Answer telephones and provide information
- Take messages and transfer calls
- Open incoming mail and route appropriately
- Manage, organize, and update data using databases
- Perform general office duties such as copying, collating, faxing, and filing
- Receive and report daily payments
- Perform bank deposits
- Assist with Boating Gear Center & Fuel Dock Sales & Inventory
- Create UPS shipping labels
- Complete title work process on new and used vessels
- Create registration decals and prepare USCG packages
- Create trade packages and file/distribute accordingly
- Prepare loan packages for immediate funding
- Establish and maintain customer files
- Handle customer calls and communicate with lending institutions
- Confirm wire instructions and send original deal files to Team Support
- Aid in setting up brokerage transactions via Yacht Closer
