About the role
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Audi San Diego plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for visiting customers. They are responsible for greeting customers professionally and ensuring a positive first impression.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and high level of professionalism.
- Engage with customers to determine their automotive needs.
- Appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts businesses.
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.
Requirements
- Computer/Administrative experience required.
- Xcel/Word experience highly desired.
- Customer service experience highly desired!
- Clean Driving record or minimal violations.

Pay
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.54 - $27.21 USD per hour.
Schedule
