Receptionist
About the role
Rome Health is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to support our Community Recovery Center, an outpatient clinic serving individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet patients in a professional, compassionate manner
- Schedule patient appointments
- Auxiliary with transportation coordination for patients
- Maintain filing and basic patient data tracking
- Provide general administrative support to the clinic team
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative support is preferred
- NARCAN certification is required upon hire
Ideal Candidate Should Have The Following
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with reception or front desk responsibilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA and federal SUD regulations)
- Compassionate and respectful approach to working with individuals in recovery
