Receptionist
About the role
The Fountains Mill Cove is dedicated to providing quality continuing care and support while respecting the dignity of all individuals. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, residents, families, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience for all residents, patients, co-workers, families, and visitors.
- Ensure that patients/residents and their families receive the highest levels of care and service.
- Create a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes the individual needs and rights of patients/residents.
- Daily duties include answering phones, accepting packages, assisting with administrative tasks, and delivering newspapers to residents.
Requirements
- Customer service experience: 1 year required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
