What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Receive inquires and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Cook up appointments, meetings, and resident activities
  • Receive newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents

Qualifications of a Receptionist

  • A high school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
  • Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families
