Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and help deliver a welcoming, comfortable salon experience. As a receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key support for stylists and salon management throughout the day. This role is ideal for those exploring a career in cosmetology, offering flexible hours, a fun team environment, and the opportunity to transition into a styling role in the future. No license is required—just bring your enthusiasm for the industry!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and manage the flow of guests in the salon
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front area
• Provide accurate wait times and assist with salon operations
• Support stylists and salon management throughout the day
• Use salon technology, including Online Check-In and the Great Clips App

Requirements

• A friendly, professional approach to customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Reliability, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset
• Comfort using basic technology and learning new systems
• Preparedness to stand for the majority of your shift

No cosmetology or barber license is required, though current cosmetology and barber students are encouraged to apply.
