Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and help deliver a welcoming, comfortable salon experience. As a receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key support for stylists and salon management throughout the day. This role is ideal if you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working as part of a team in an energetic, supportive salon environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage check-ins
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
- Support stylists and salon management throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front area
- Provide accurate wait times and help manage the flow of guests
- Use salon technology, including Online Check-In and the Great Clips App
Requirements

No cosmetology or barber license is required. However, this role can be a great opportunity for individuals exploring a future career in the industry to gain salon experience while working toward licensure. Current cosmetology and barber students are encouraged to apply.
