Receptionist
Become a part of our caring community. The Receptionist manages front desk operations and provides administrative support within a physician practice or center, ensuring a welcoming experience for all patients and visitors while supporting the medical team with routine administrative tasks under close guidance and established guidelines. You will report to the Center Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone
- Manage patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff
- Update patient records in EMR and CRM systems
- Process billing, update accounts, and collect copayments
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support office tasks such as ordering supplies and arranging couriers
- Make decisions within established guidelines
Requirements
- 1+ year healthcare front office experience
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Effective multitasking in fast-paced settings
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years value-based care experience
- Medical terminology knowledge
- EMR systems experience
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
- $38,000 - $45,800 per year
- Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance

Additional Information
- Location: Onsite at Orange Park, FL
- This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected, you will be required to be screened for TB.
