Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Aid in preparing and distributing notices to residents
- Prepare and distribute birthday cards and other resident correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and staff
- Assist with planning and coordinating resident events and activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary
- Basic computer skills (email, word processing, etc.) are required
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment is important
- A compassionate, patient, and comfortable demeanor with seniors is desirable
- A professional appearance and positive attitude are expected
