Responsibilities
- Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and answers/directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
- Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail.
- Performs basic office/clerical functions and maintains visitor logs.
- Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
Qualifications
What it takes to be a Receptionist at Brookdale:
