About the role
The Receptionist position at our company handles a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer all calls on a multi-line system, transfer calls as needed.
- Sort, collate, and input invoices, purchase orders, and scanned/uploaded documents.
- Keep up to date with insurance information and upload into the company database.
- Prepare daily cash reports, credit card, and cash transactions.
- Take all payments as needed.
- Filer all invoicing for parts and service invoice holders, verify entries after payment, and file.
- Collect references for credit applications and gather necessary signatures.
- Manage Accounts Receivable - Collections.
- Organize office supply orders.
- Perform various tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
