Receptionist/Assistant Staffing Coordinator
About the Role
Right at Home of Central New Jersey offers in-home companionship and personal care and assistance to seniors and disabled adults who want to continue to live independently. We serve the communities of Middlesex, Mercer and Northern Monmouth Counties and provide care from a few hours a day to overnight shifts to live-in care.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, and community organizations.
- Assist potential clients calling our office for information on Right at Home's services.
Requirements
- Basic computer and telephone skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize every day.
- Patience and understanding to ensure we help our caregivers, our clients and our partners.
- Driver's license in good standing.
- Ability to transport caregivers in company or personal vehicle.
