Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon. As the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication between our staff and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to mail and electronic correspondence in a timely and professional manner Coordinate patient appointments and schedules, ensuring efficient use of staff time and minimizing delays Manage front desk operations, including maintaining accurate records, filing, and performing data entry tasks Provide administrative support to our nursing staff, including preparing medical records, processing medical orders, and handling patient confidentiality forms Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and internal staff members Perform various clerical duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and distributing mail and faxes Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (training provided) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMRs) Work Schedule: PER DIEM Why Join Our Team: At Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt.
